Bell's Two Hearted Ale is a highly regarded American IPA. This beer is known for using only Centennial hops.
This recipe is based upon an article published by John Mallett in Zymurgy magazine, with input from David Curtis and Ryan Kramer of Bell's General Store. BYO magazine published a very similar recipe. The Bell's Store also has a clone kit available for sale.
The best yeast choice for cloning would be Imperial A62 Bell's House Yeast. An alternative would be a neutral American ale yeast.
