This is a clone of Bell's Two-Hearted Ale, a highly regarded IPA. This is based upon an article published by John Mallett in Zymurgy magazine. The specific recipe is by David Curtis and Ryan Kramer of Bell's General Store. BYO magazine also has a similar but slightly different clone recipe.
The standard yeast is American ale. An intriguing option would be to use Bell's actual yeast, which can be cultured from Bell's bottles or purchased.
